Codes of Conduct

Referees Whistle

The aims of Youth football are to encourage young players to improve their skills, learn the game, get regular exercise and learn how to interact socially. There has to be an element of competition in the sport as all children like to win. At the same time learning to lose and to accept defeat with grace is essential. The coach needs to provide a balance between discipline, fun and education.

All those involved with the game at every level whether as a player, match official, coach or administrator, have a responsibility, above and beyond compliance with the law, to act according to the highest standards of integrity and to ensure that the reputation of the game is, and remains, high.

Links to the Codes of Conduct pages we promote are given below. This is to ensure our reputation remains high, and the representation of our club stays positive.
